As a foundational initiative under the national VET Workforce Blueprint, Ninti One has partnered with the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) to deliver the beta phase of the VET Workforce Occupational Mapping project.
This project will produce 21 functional profiles that clearly map the VET sector, accompanied by an exemplar guide to help services contextualise and apply these profiles for their specific planning and operational needs.
Crucially, Ninti One is leading the development of three dedicated First Nations profiles to ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander expertise and Aboriginal Community-Controlled contexts are authentically represented in Australia's future VET workforce strategy.
