Ninti One assisted KPMG in the design and development of agovernance-focused training program specific to the aged care sector.

The objective of the program was to improve the quality of care and services delivered to older Australians by strengthening the corporate and clinical governance capability of Australian Government-subsidised residential and home aged care services’ governing bodies and senior leaders.

We provided expert guidance on how to address the unique challenges faced by remote communities and the specific needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged care providers and consumers of aged care services. We also conducted coaching sessions in capability building for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-managed providers.
