Ninti Training Limited is a member of a panel of service providers

Ninti Training delivers foundation skills programs that strengthen Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills so people can participate more confidently at work and in their Communities.

Training is built around real tasks like reading workplace documents, completing forms, following WHS procedures and using digital tools that are relevant to each role.

Programs can be tailored for specific teams or job functions and scheduled in flexible blocks to minimise disruption to work. This helps participants steadily build LLND skills while improving confidence, accuracy and communication on the job.

A key focus is supporting people to build the LLND skills they need to move into further study, gain or maintain employment and take on new responsibilities. Foundation Skills Training supports reading, writing, numeracy, communication and digital capability in ways that are practical, strengths-based and culturally safe.

Foundation Skills for Your Future

Working closely with each organisation, Ninti Training identifies LLND skill gaps and designs accredited and non-accredited on-site training around real workplace requirements. Sessions focus on practical LLND skills, such as understanding written instructions, using mathematical calculations in daily tasks and navigating digital systems, so improvements are quickly visible in day-to-day work.

This LLND focused workplace training can help employers to:

  • Lift productivity by reducing errors, rework and miscommunication.
  • Strengthen WHS compliance by ensuring staff can read and follow safety procedures.
  • Improve teamwork, communication and staff retention.
  • Build digital readiness as workplaces adopt new technology and systems.
  • Reduce training costs by ensuring LLND foundations are in place before more technical training.
