The Ninti Group operates through a number of related entities that together support its research, training, commercial and philanthropic activities.

Each entity has a distinct legal structure and purpose, enabling the organisation to deliver programs, build partnerships and reinvest benefits back into communities.

Ninti One Ltd
Supply Nation registered for Indigenous Procurement

Ninti One Limited is the parent company and the primary operating entity. It is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee that undertakes research, program delivery and national initiatives focused on improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Ninti One Limited manages major projects, partnerships with government and industry, and national programs such as Tackling Indigenous Smoking. It provides strategic leadership, governance oversight and operational support across the broader Ninti group.

Ninti Pty Ltd
Supply Nation registered for Indigenous Procurement

Ninti Pty Ltd is the commercial arm of the organisation. As a proprietary limited company, it allows Ninti to undertake commercial activities, consulting services and contract work with government, industry and other partners. This structure enables the organisation to operate in commercial markets while ensuring that profits are reinvested to support the broader social purpose of the Ninti group.

Ninti Training Limited

Ninti Training Limited focuses on education, workforce development and accredited training programs. It delivers training designed to build skills and employment opportunities, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and regional communities. Operating as a separate entity ensures training delivery meets regulatory requirements for education providers while aligning with the broader mission of Ninti One.

Ninti Foundation Limited is the philanthropic entity within the group.
