The National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) has engaged Ninti One to provide Junior Rangers Capacity Building and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)project to support the 59 provider organisations who deliver Junior Rangers on-Country learning activities at over 61 sites across Australia.
Ninti One works with providers to build their program delivery capability across three core streams - governance, curriculum design and MEL. Through a consultation phase, a Junior Rangers MEL Framework was developed and is followed by a two-year capacity building program to support the implementation of the Framework, ensuring the Junior Rangers programs continue to effectively improve educational and employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
