First Nations Aged Care Workforce Plan Yarning Sessions

Ninti One was contracted by the Australian Government's Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care to facilitate a series of yarning events with First Nations aged care providers, communities and peak groups and other relevant stakeholders to inform a First Nations aged care workforce implementation plan.

These sessions were designed to explore known barriers and opportunities for employing First Nations people in the aged care sector, and to gather actionable ideas to increase their employment.
