Directors’ Meetings or Board

Meetings

are usually held at least once

every three months. They are held to

discuss the organisation’s business.

These also need a quorum and an

agenda. The Secretary takes Minutes,

which all Members should be able

to read.

Directors get financial reports and a

report from the CEO. The Directors

discuss ways for the organisation to do

its job better.
