The Public Officer of organisations
registered under the CATSI Act has to
send ORIC a copy of:
• The audit report.
• The register of members.
• Names of Directors, names of office
bearers and minutes of the Board
meeting.
• A compliance statement that says the
governance of the organisation
meets the requirements of the Act.
