Special General Meetings
are called
for things like changes to the rules or
when important decisions need to be
made.
Members usually need 30 days’ notice
of a Special General Meeting. This will
depend on the constitution.
If the meeting votes to change the
constitution, your Public Officer has to
send it to ORIC for approval.
