Business success factors

Abstract:

The focus of this project was to identify the factors that contributed to the success of businesses in desert Australia. In particular, the study was designed to determine: • how successful these businesses had been over the last three years • what factors were used to measure such business success • what factors were considered important to the success of the business • what was the availability of these factors to the business • what importance owner-managers and managers placed on their approach to leadership.
