Samantha Turk is the General Manager of Ninti Training Limited, an independent First Nations Registered Training Organisation based in Australia.

She leads the organisation’s strategic and operational functions, overseeing budgets, financial performance and business growth. Sam manages staff and training contractors, supports their professional development and ensures high quality training delivery across accredited and specialised programs. S

he builds and maintains strong relationships with government, community and other partners, and leads community consultation and promotion of Ninti Training. Her role includes continuous improvement of operations and setting goals that support sustainable organisational growth and impact.
