Rod Reeve provides strategic leadership for Ninti One while maintaining an active role in the management of key initiatives across the organisation. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Cooperative Research Centre managed by Ninti, which focused on improving economic participation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in remote Australia.

Earlier in his career Rod worked as General Manager of an ASX-listed company delivering major international development programs across the Asia–Pacific, Africa and Middle East regions. He holds qualifications in business from the University of South Australia, agriculture from the University of Adelaide and finance from Harvard Business School. Rod has served on the Ninti Board since 2014.
