Importantly, a Support Hub site visit is not an audit. It is an opportunity to work alongside your team, talk through areas where you may need support and help you understand and prepare for the changes ahead.
After the visit
Following your site visit, we prepare a short report capturing the key discussions, understandings and agreed actions from the visit. This is shared back with your service so you have a practical record of what was discussed and what happens next.
We also maintain an action tracker covering both:
• actions your service may wish to work through; and
• actions the Support Hub has committed to follow up or provide further assistance with.
This helps keep support practical and accountable and ensures agreed actions don't get lost after the visit.
Some services choose to continue with monthly online support sessions, where we can work through the action tracker together or focus on a particular priority or piece of work. Others use their action tracker to identify questions or areas where they would like further support as they progress.
What information is shared?
While we capture overall Support Hub engagement numbers and broad themes and topics of enquiry, specific identifying information about your service is not shared with the Department.
What we learn through site visits also helps us understand common gaps, questions and emerging needs across NATSIFACP services. These insights inform future Support Hub webinars, resources and other practical supports – helping us make sure our work continues to respond to what providers need.
