Support Tools and Resources - What's new on the Support Hub portal

You may have noticed that the portal looks a little different! We've recently given it an upgrade and, over the coming months, you'll continue to see a refresh of the site designed to make it easier to navigate and find the resources you need.

And have you spotted our gorgeous new NATSIFACP Regulation Support Hub logo? The logo reflects the partnership between Ninti One and CDCS (Culturally Directed Care Solutions) and represents the Support Hub as a trusted and culturally safe place for service providers. Inspired by “the gathering place”, the design symbolises coming together to share knowledge, build capability and strengthen practice across the sector.

We’ve recently added 7 new resources and the updated links to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission’s Audit Evidence Collection Tool, Care Delivery Evidence Collection Tool for Category 4 and 5 and Care Delivery Evidence Collection Tool for Category 6.

The portal also provides easy access to key documents and information from the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, including links to the First Nations Hub and other important guidance materials.
