Support at Home Thin Markets Grant 2026–27 (Round 3) – Forecast Opportunity Released

The Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has released a forecast opportunity for the Support at Home Thin Markets Grant 2026–27 (Round 3), giving eligible aged care providers early notice to prepare for the upcoming grant round.

The forecast advises that applications will open soon and includes the draft Grant Opportunity Guidelines outlining eligibility requirements, funding arrangements and key information for applicants. The draft guidelines include information about:

• eligibility requirements

• funding arrangements

• key information for applicants

• funding to support providers delivering care to older people who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness.
