Message from the Managing Director, Rod Reeve

As another high-impact year draws to a close, we can reflect on a very active and stable year at Ninti. All this is possible because of the high-quality work of Ninti’s staff led by the Board, which is Chaired by Prof Tom Calma AO. All our Board members have been in place for over 10 years.

At any one time, Ninti is implementing 30-40 programs. In 2025, we strengthened our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which is called Ninti Training Limited, so that we can continue to provide culturally appropriate training and education to remote community learners in primary health care, governance, and LLND skills.

I’d like to extend thanks to our dedicated staff, Board members, Aboriginal Community Researchers, contractors, business colleagues, government and NFP partners and supporters, throughout 2025. We look forward to continuing to build opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into the future.
