What does your role at the Support Hub involve?

My role involves working alongside providers to strengthen their organisational capability and support them through their aged care reform journey. As a Project Manager and the first point of contact for providers engaging with the Support Hub, I enjoy connecting with providers either by email, telephone and online meetings, supporting them with enquiries and helping them navigate challenges.

What’s one area you’re particularly focused on right now?

Right now, I am focused on supporting providers in the best way possible by providing timely, accurate and up to date information that helps guide them through their enquiries. My goal is to ensure providers feel supported, informed and confident following every interaction with the Support Hub.

What do you enjoy most about working with NATSIFACP program service providers?

I enjoy the connection with providers and the opportunity to learn from them. I admire the passion and care they have for their clients, communities and teams and their ongoing commitment to learning, improving and doing their best. Their dedication inspires me to provide the highest level of support to help them achieve their goals.

What’s something you’d like providers to know as reforms roll out?

I would like providers to know that they are not alone and do not have to navigate these changes on their own. The NATSIFACP Regulation Support Hub is here to provide tailored support and guidance to providers in whatever way best meets their needs. We will continue supporting providers through this reform journey until 30 June 2027.

What’s your favourite downtime activity?

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dog Nala. Whether it’s going for a walk, exploring new places, enjoying a meal or simply relaxing together.
