Last month we welcomed Darrien Bromley as Program Manager for NBPU TIS. With strong connections to four Aboriginal language groups, Adnyamathanha, Narungga, Wangkangurru and Yarluyandi, Darrien Bromley brings a rich cultural perspective and deep community understanding to his work and leadership.
Before joining Ninti One, Darrien served as the CEO of an Aboriginal community organisation, where he worked closely with communities and stakeholders to support meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal people. His professional journey reflects a commitment to leadership, community development and creating opportunities for future generations.
While many people know Darrien through his leadership roles, few know that he originally worked briefly as a mechanic before deciding to pursue accounting studies instead; a decision that helped shape the career path he follows today.
Outside of work, Darrien has a growing bucket list that reflects both his love of travel and long-term goals. He hopes to visit New Zealand’s South Island and southern Japan, while also planning for an early retirement in Victoria.
