On 10 August, members of the NATSIFACP Regulation Support Hub came together on Kaurna Country, with team members joining from across Australia, for a dedicated planning day focused on one key question: how can we provide even better support to NATSIFACP service providers?
Drawing on what we've heard through site visits, change readiness yarns, webinars and direct enquiries, the team reflected on where providers are currently at in their reform journey, the challenges they are experiencing, and what support may be most useful over the coming months.
The day generated a range of ideas for future webinars, practical resources and more targeted ways of working with individual services. Most importantly, our planning continues to be shaped by what providers tell us they need.
You'll see some of these ideas come to life over the coming months, and we'd love you to keep telling us where the Support Hub can add the most value.
In this edition, you'll also find information about what happens after a site visit, a wonderful example of culturally grounded, person-centred care, news you may have missed, and more.
As always, please don't hesitate to contact the Support Hub. We're here to work alongside you and provide practical support as you navigate the reforms.
Ngaityalya (Thank you)
