Workforce Development Update | Celebrating Our Growth and Looking Ahead to 2026

As we head toward the end of 2025, it’s a good moment to recognise the growth, dedication, and achievements across our Tackling Indigenous Smoking (TIS) workforce.
This year, many of you took big steps in your learning journeys, completing studies, graduating with qualifications, or starting new training that strengthens prevention and health promotion in our communities.

Share your Good News Stories
If you or someone in your team has:

  • completed a qualification or training program this year
  • graduated from a course or university study
  • taken up a new study pathway aligned with your TIS role

Send us your story and a photo if you can. We’ll feature highlights on the TIS Workforce website and in the final NBPU Newsletter for 2025. Your stories inspire others to keep learning and growing, and they help showcase the strength and commitment within our national TIS community.
