Max and I visited the FIAAI team at their Launceston office to provide training and explore how the NBPU can better support their work. The session focused on strengthening partnerships and identifying key community assets to support future activities.
Together, we worked through the Activity Work Plan, breaking down how to plan activities effectively by setting realistic goals and gaining a clearer understanding of what activities are eligible. The group was highly interactive and engaged throughout the session, contributing to a collaborative and productive environment.
We’ve come away with several valuable insights and opportunities that will help support the team’s growth, including potential future training areas identified during the discussion. It was a positive and energising day, and we look forward to continuing our support and collaboration with the team.
