Sharing our stories – TDC Board committed to New Quality Aged Care Standards
Ninti One recently facilitated a two-day site visit focused on the new standards for National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program (NATSIFAC).
The sessions explored the new aged care standards and outlined the evolving and increased responsibilities of Board members in supporting strong governance and quality service delivery.
Ninti One representatives were very impressed by the strong attendance and active participation from Board members. Their thoughtful questions and engaged discussions demonstrated a clear commitment to ensuring aged care services remain safe, respectful and responsive to community needs. The high level of engagement highlights the genuine care Board members have for Elders and the importance placed on providing quality aged care now and into the future.
