Abstract: This guide is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have a business idea and are looking to start up in business, and those that are already in business. Law Way aims to assist the Indigenous entrepreneur with a short introduction to navigating the legal obligations for conducting business in Australia. It’s a guide only, so there will still be occasions when you need to do more research, or you need to get professional advice on your specific matter.

Notes: in association with Indigenous Business Australia
