Ninti Training

In the lead up to the end of the year, we’ve ignored our intention of slowing down!

Samantha and Marly travelled across 6 communities in a fortnight – covering over 2330km across Central Australia – going as far west as Kintore(45 km to the WA border, 540km from Alice Springs), and east to Bonya (200km to the QLD border, 400km from Alice Springs).

So far, we have sat down with community members, school staff and Principals in Mt Liebig, Ntaria, Enalanga, Atitjere, Kintore, and Bonya. We are committed to continuing these conversations and are proposing further engagement in places such as Papunya, Mbunghara, Ikuntji, Titjikala, and Laramba.

The purpose of going to connect out on country was to ensure we are continuing to deliver the training people want and need – to ask what works and what doesn’t. In person consultations support our collaboration with the NT government because we are visible and supportive, and this strong engagement will hopefully positively impact our upcoming SEE funding application. Here’s to a strong and prosperous 2026!
