Meet the team – Trevor Satour
I am a proud Southern Arrernte and Gurindji man with several decades of experience working alongside Aboriginal community-controlled organisations across Australia. Based in the Northern Territory, I work as an Aboriginal consultant, community researcher and trainer, bringing deep expertise in culturally safe community engagement, governance, strategic planning, workforce development and aged care reform.
Throughout my career, I have held senior leadership roles in both government and Aboriginal organisations, including serving as CEO of the NSW Aboriginal Land Council. In my work with the Support Hub, I partner with services to strengthen governance, support boards and senior leaders, build sustainable aged care systems, and navigate reform requirements in ways that are practical, ethical and grounded in community priorities.
