NATSIFACP | Regulation Support Hub Update March
It’s been another busy month for the Support Hub, with site visits now in full swing. To date, the team has visited 7 NATSIFACP service providers, covering 11 sites.
It hasn’t been without its challenges – flooding in the Top End, a cyclone warning that limited one visit, and even a few interesting charter flights to reach some of the most beautiful and remote parts of Australia! But when we reflect on these travels, the true highlight is always the same – the people!
We’ve been welcomed with open arms into your services, and we want to sincerely thank you. We know how difficult it can be to make time in already busy schedules, and we truly appreciate your openness, honesty, and willingness to share. We hope to continue supporting you all as we navigate these reforms together.
While we’ve been travelling far and wide, we’ve also been busy back at the Hub, developing resources based on what many of you have been asking for during our 1:1 yarns. The Support Hub is only as strong as the connections we build with you, so please keep sharing your ideas and letting us know what would make your roles easier.
We already have 9 more visits planned over the coming weeks, covering a further 12 sites. If you haven’t shared your availability for a site visit, or if your availability has changed and you now have time, please get in touch. We still have openings available for April and beyond, and we want to work with you to ensure you get the most out of these visits.
Make sure you keep reading, as we have another exciting webinar coming up this month. We’re pleased to have Mark Sheldon-Stemm facilitating a session on MAC and GPMS systems—a topic that continues to come up in many of our discussions. For more details, check out our “Reform in Focus” article. If you didn’t receive the invite via email, you can sign up for future webinars here.
Finally, a reminder even while we’re travelling across this vast country, we’re always available to support you outside of site visits. The Support Hub received 8 new enquiries this month. The Support Hub email NATSIFACregulationsupport@nintione.com.au is monitored Monday to Friday, along with our dedicated phone line 0429 621 646. No question is too big or too small – we’re always here and happy to help.
Looking forward to another great month ahead. Keep up the fantastic work in your services – it’s truly inspiring to see.
Ngaityalya (Thank you)
