What’s new on the Support Hub portal
We are excited as we continue to update the Support Hub portal with new information and resources as they become available to help support you through the transition to the New Aged Care Act 2024.
We encourage you to visit the portal to explore a range of resources, including a copy of the online presentation we facilitated in December 2025 on ‘Cultural safety and trauma informed person-centred care policy framework for NATSIFACP service providers’.
