The Aged Care Act 2024 will bring a new way of working for aged care services across Australia. To make sure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged care providers feel confident and supported, Ninti One has teamed up with Culturally Directed Care Solutions (CDCS) to create the NATSIFAC (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care) Program Regulation Support Hub.
From 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027, the Support Hub will be your go to place for guidance, resources and practical help. Our role is simple: to make this transition easier for you, while keeping cultural safety front and centre.
What does that look like? It means:
Clear advice on what the Aged Care Act 2024 means for your service
Help with planning for change, compliance, reporting and finances
Practical guides and resources you can use straight away
Tailored support to meet the unique needs of your community and organisation
You can connect with us in whatever way works best for you. The Hub is open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (AEST/AEDT).
