Have Your Say: TIS Workforce Development Survey Now Open!
We’re inviting all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander TIS Workers across the country to share their experiences, insights and ideas through the TIS Workforce Development Survey.
This survey is an important opportunity to tell us what’s working, where the gaps are and what support you need to grow and thrive in your role.
Your feedback will help shape the next stages of workforce development with priorities and findings to be shared at the National TIS CEO Workshop in September 2025. This is a chance to influence meaningful change and ensure stronger, more culturally safe pathways for the TIS workforce.
