• What you talk about at a meeting.
• Buying or selling goods or services to
make a profit.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
The person appointed by the Board to run
the organisation.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
A Board member’s private interests being
in conflict (against) their duty to the
organisation.
