NEPOTISM
Using your position on a Board or in an
organisation to help a family member.
NOTICE

Information that there is a meeting coming up
on a certain date.
PROXY
Someone who can’t attend a meeting, but
gives someone at a meeting their ‘proxy’ vote -
in other words the right to vote for them - so
