The person who looks after the
organisation’s business records, including
the money. Accountants make sure the
business reports for tax, funding, audits
and that the directors tell the truth about
the money.
They keep an eye on the spending and any
money coming in to help the directors
make sure these always balance.
AGENDA
A list of all the business to be dealt with for
that meeting.
AGM (Annual General Meeting)
A once a year meeting of all the members
of any organisation.
