works. It says what your organisation aims to
do (Objectives) and sets out the roles and
responsibilities of directors (Board Members)
and other members.
GOVERNANCE
Governance is the way decisions are made
and the way of making sure the organisation
does what it is supposed to.
INCORPORATION
Getting a group of people together as a legal
body.
All countries, states, territories, councils and organisations have a written
Constitution. These are the rules for the way the country, state, council or
organisation will run.
