Conflict of Interest
It’s alright to have a conflict of interest.
But you MUST let the Chairperson
know and write what your interests are
in a Register of Directors’ Interests.
If you don’t tell anyone about your
conflict at the start of a Board meeting
then you are doing the wrong thing by
the Board and your members.
