HOW
WE WORK
Ninti One operates across three business units
that manage different aspects of our work:
Business Realisation, Business Innovation and
Business Development.
These areas do not operate in isolation.
Despite the dispersed nature of our company,
weekly executive meetings are held with
representatives from each unit. Annual training
and professional development in research skills,
communications, commercialisation and safety
within remote environments are held across
the organisation. Planning and organisational
synthesis work is conducted across all units and
involves all staff, researchers and students. The
challenges of distance are met with the use
of telecommunications, web-based reporting
systems and annual face-to-face meetings.
Our Business Realisation Unit supports all
aspects of the company to ensure that it thrives
efficiently and sustainably as a unique and
innovative organisation.
