BOARD AND
GOVERNANCE
Ninti One is governed by a Board, whose
purpose is to define the objectives of
the organisation and create a framework
through which management can meet
those objectives. Our Board has a highly
effective governance structure with a
proven track record over eleven years.
Ninti One’s Board is skills-based. Board
members are drawn from industry,
academia, small business, finance,
community organisations and government.
The Board continues to operate in
accordance with its charter, which includes
an evaluation every two years.
The Board meets quarterly in different
locations across Australia, with at least
one location being remote. This enables
the Board to meet with partners and
stakeholders in these regions.
