WORK WITH US: RTO SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER ROLE AVAILABLE

Our Alice Springs-based Ninti Training Limited RTO is currently looking for a RTO Systems Support Officer in a full-time, ongoing capacity. Duties will include providing administrative support to the Ninti team, working with colleagues to plan and implement project activities, assisting with travel management and dealing with general enquiries. Applicants will be assessed on their administration skills, training sector experience and other relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Input training activity into the student management systems (VETtrak)
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes and sending out/follow-up of invoices
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone or email
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of course offerings and related regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Plan and organise the copying, filing, archiving, storage and security of student and course documents
  • Assist with general administration duties as needed

The ideal candidate;

  • VETtrak (Student Management System) experience –
  • Essential technology skills – data entry, spreadsheets, word processing etc.
  • Strong administration background with an understanding of RTO legislation
  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills internal and external
  • Support in preparation of student/participant information and resources
