Abstract: In response to the statement made by ACARA in 2010 that 'Indigenous perspectives [...] will be written into the national curriculum to ensure that all young Australians have the opportunity to learn about, acknowledge and respect the history and culture of Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders', Kevin Lowe and Tyson Yunkaporta published 'The inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander content in the Australian National Curriculum: A cultural, cognitive and socio-political evaluation'.
