Abstract: This report provides a broad regional assessment of the employment trends and issues in the region. It does not aim to tackle in depth all of the various issues and scenarios associated with employment in the region, but aims to develop a more general analysis of problems, likely solutions and required actions . The report identifies a need for more detailed analysis of specific issues associated with employment, education and training, and attraction and retention.
