Abstract: The chapter presents a perspective on Aboriginal ownership of national parks in NSW. It uses Jervis Bay as a case study to examine some of the issues that have arisen during the negotiation process and gives suggestions of how they may be resolved.

Notes: Gives a perspective from a land manager who has a strong background in Aboriginal social justice issues, Aboriginal history and cultural heritage management.
