Abstract: The Australian bush foods industry comprises products derived from uniquely Australian flora and fauna. Currently, the industry is small, generating between $5m and $15m annually, although consolidated data are difficult to find. As a result, analysis of agri-industry supply chains has become a valuable tool in determining where added competitive advantage can be generated for the companies and/or industries involved.
