This Community Guide is an adaptation of the Aboriginal Knowledge
and Intellectual Property Protocol. The development of the Community
Guide was facilitated by Alicia Boyle CDU, Sarah Holcombe ANU, and
Kate Lawrence, Waltja.
The development of the Aboriginal Knowledge and Intellectual Property
Protocol involved focus groups and workshop discussions in Adelaide and
Alice Springs with a range of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal participants.
The design on the back cover is from Waltja’s committee meeting in 2006.
The artist is unknown.
