It expands on Ninti’s over-arching principle of building opportunities with and for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, while also outlining Ninti’s plans for expanding its reach. Between 2021 and 2023, the organisation is focused on a three-fold increase in positive impact, in terms of opportunities created both with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, organisations and communities. Ninti intends to manifest this growth by reinvesting surpluses, extending and expanding current projects, prioritising high value projects where Ninti is the lead contractor and proactively seeking further philanthropic funding options. With strong partnerships, a multi-skilled workforce and robust business systems in place, Ninti is excited about the next three years delivering organisational growth and new opportunities.
