Meet the Team | February
This month the National Best Practice Unit welcomes Telita Goile to the team. Telita has taken up a role of Executive Officer and has hit the ground running while attending a 2 day NBPU TIS planning workshop a week after starting her role. Here’s a welcome from our newest team member 🎉
Hello everyone! My name is Telita, and if we haven’t met yet, I’m excited to introduce myself. My partner and I have recently made the move from Eora (Sydney) to Kaurna Country, bringing along our three beloved pets: a dog, a cat, and a carpet python. We’re coming up on our second year down here and I’ve made a resolution to explore more of this city. So, if you have any recommendations on things to do, please send them my way!
Professionally, I’ve worked on a range of projects in security analytics and have also worked in health administration and the not-for-profit sector. My academic background is in Cultural Studies and I am currently pursuing a Master of Environmental Management with a research focus on public participation within radioactive waste disposal. I bring with my experience an interest in governance, risk and strategy that I’m excited to interpret within my role as Executive Officer.
I’m thrilled to join the NBPU TIS team and look forward to getting to know everyone!
