People need to be open and honest
with information. Nothing should be
left out.
Everyone should get a fair hearing and
an honest response.
Both sides have to look for ways they
can work together (collaborate).
You can say: ‘It is very important for everyone to know what meetings
are about before they start.
It’s Ok to disagree; You can explain you disagree with
someone and be polite and respectful.
You don’t have to shout at them or try to bully them.
People have to be willing to learn and work together.’
